How are monthly support agreements priced?
Our baseline standard remote monitoring is priced flat at $250/mo. For bespoke Enterprise SLA contracts, we customize pricing fully based on physical scale, active node count, redundancy parameters, and required dispatch times.
Why do my UniFi devices need monthly checks?
Vulnerabilities are discovered weekly. Ubiquiti regularly releases stable security updates and feature patches. We make sure these are tested and securely deployed during off-peak hours so your internet stays fast, reliable, and protected.
Does this cover new hardware installations?
The monthly support fee covers checking, maintaining, and updating your active network hardware (1 site). New physical drops, mounts, and hardware deployment are billed separately as one-off services.
